New hub

I requested a new hub as it says I could get a free upgrade from my super hub 1. It said ‘no catches, no new contract’. However after I received it, I got an email saying they will send a new services contract. I don’t want a new contract. Can Virgin confirm if I will be getting one. If so, I will just send the new hub back.

As you say, no new contract is normally generated for this...

Has the contract updated in the My Virgin Media portal?

10 year's managing 9 Virgin Media accounts, and things never got any better, closed last 4 accounts since January 2021 :L
