I have damaged my router by spilling water over the router. I have not got a clue how to get hold of virgin media. I have tried to phone and use the live chat but not luck (maybe because of the time so I will try tomorrow. I have also sent a message to Virgin via twitter but no reply yet. Obviously I know there will be a charge but I just need to know how to order a router
you probably won't be charged for accidental damage.
You should call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faults) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
When calling Faults you will go through a series of questions/tests, which probably won't resolve the problem, so try calling back around 10 minutes later and an agent should pick the phone up as the system should recognise you've already been in contact.
