New Customer Setup Issues

I’m a new customer looking to go live on 20th June. However, when I try to create an online account (from email VM sent me) I get an error message. Been trying for 3 or 4 days any ideas how to resolve?

You will need to wait for the installation to be completed and go live before you can set up the online account, despite what it may say in the email.
