NAS drive access

I used to be able to access my NAS drive (wired) from my phone (wireless) when on BT.  I've moved to Virgin, and that no longer works, is there a setting in the Virgin hub that can be changed to allow the access?

Can you ‘see’ the NAS from a cable attached device? I suggest that perhaps the best thing to do is ‘factory reset’ the NAS and install as new, but be very careful in reading the instructions not to lose your data. It’s possible that the NAS has a static address on the original network and it need changing.

The NAS did have a static IP, which I changed over the network by giving a normal PC a static IP on the same subnet (old subnet 192.168.1.x new subnet 192.168.0.x).

It is available both wired and wirelessly from a laptop connected to the same wireless APs that the phone connects to.

If you phone is connected to the VM network and getting an IP address on the same range, there should be no problem connecting.  Is it an app you are using for the connection?  Maybe it needs reinstalled?
