Re: My son wants more apps in his virgin tv

Hello

I am afraid you cannot view the apps on the Virgin TV via a PC.

Which TV box does he have is it a V6 (small rectangle box) or Tivo (This box has a sculptured front) ?

What apps is he missing ?

Regards

Sorry to read that, it must be hard to cope with.  There isn't a web browser app available via the V6 box.  I believe some smart TVs may have a web browser app but that depends on the TV and isn't something VM can help with.

If you post your TV make and model number community members may be able to advise what is available.

Re: My son wants more apps in his virgin tv

Browsers work poorly on TVs but if he wants one there are two options I am aware of.

1. Some TVs have a browser.

2. Buy a Fire TV stick which comes with the Silk browser and you can download Firefox (this is what I've done).

Another benefit of the stick is that you can get apps such as Disney+ and hayu which are not available on the V6.
