I think my router is malfunctioning as it keeps dropping in and out on my PC every few seconds I have changed the enthernet cable and the WIFI is working ok with the TV But it is still happening?

Try a reboot of the Hub, and failing this, a full 60 second pinhole reset. It may be the switch on the Hub needs a reset and this should do the trick?
