My Virgin Media site not loading

On our wavelength

I've been trying to access My Virgin Media over the last 24 hours but the site is hanging on the welcome page. Any ideas?

Just checked and mines working OK using Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Brave browsers.

Have you tried a different browser, or an incognito window?

Try clearing the browser cache.

I've tried Edge and Safari and I'm getting Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG.
