Moving Virgin TV Box and Internet Hub into another room on ground floor

Hi Everyone.

I'm looking to move the Virgin Box and Wifi Hub into another room, and wondered how straight forward it is for a non-techie like me, or would I need to arrange for a VM Engineer.

Thank you.

Stay safe.

Regards.  Rob

if you need the virgin cabling moved then you can't do that yourself, you'll need an engineer visit at a cost of £99

Many thanks.

Is there a number I could call, as the ones on the website don't seem to apply.

Regards.  Rob

Re: Moving Virgin TV Box and Internet Hub into another room on ground floor

Hi Rob and everyone

I also need my TV Box and hub into another room but have been told it could take months! Is this right? The only option to have it done quicker seems to be to have the whole lot removed and get SKY. Been a Virgin customer for over 25 years!

VM are prioritising their work and not doing internal non service impacting work. Situation may improve after the next lifting of restrictions. As I don’t know your location in the UK I cannot provide my further info.
