Media connect

So we live in a three story house and the hub is on ground level. 
bad WiFi on third floor. Downloaded the connect app and was able to pause connected devices so we could watch tv in bedroom on third floor. Worked great at first but then the app played up. Now I try and control the paused devices I can’t get into the app because it says I’m signed in on another device... which I’m not. 
so now I’ve lost TV guide due to that being stuck as paused device

 

help!

You can fix this by doing a factory reset of the hub, you need to hold a pin in the pinhole reset of the hub for 30 seconds. 

 

In a 3 story house you will probably need to invest in a decent pair of WiFi extenders or a mesh system

I tried resetting the hub via the app but it comes up with the same thing every time. Is the pin hole more effective reset?

Yeah it's the only way to renew all the IP addresses so everything connects
