Ive spent ages trying to find a live chat link as i need to speak to someone about an upgrade. Can anyone tell me where to find it or send me the link please

Live Chat isn't always available during office hours as phone calls take priority.

If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could text VM on 0753 305 1809 or use WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.
Please be aware that replies aren't instant from either of these services but the agents will reply as quickly as they possibly can.

You can also try  logging into My Virgin Media and clicking on Upgrade package
