Just seen these messages in my routers log

Why is the Hub3 trying to communicate with 192.168.100.20?

None, that’s why it’s a martian.. All address in within 192.168.0.0/24 or 10.10.10.0/24.

If you mean redirected ports yes, you cannot set up remote access to a Hub3 in modem mode.
