Internal wall box

I'm decorating my room and moved the furniture away to find that the wall box isn't attached to the wall. The cable had been replaced during a problem we had in lockdown so I never saw what the engineer did as we weren't allowed in the room whilst he was there. Screw the cover back into place if you can.

If only it was that simple. Special socket set required as not a normal screwdriver head as shown in the close up picture.
