Internal wall box

I'm decorating my room and moved the furniture away to find that the wall box isn't attached to the wall. The cable had been replaced during a problem we had in lockdown so I never saw what the engineer did as we weren't allowed in the room whilst he was there. If only it was that simple. Special socket set required as not a normal screwdriver head as shown in the close up picture.
