I'm having issues with the internet connection. it says that the broadband connection is down and the IPv4 gateway address is not valid. can anyone help me?
Have you clicked on Check service status at the top of the page? This will tell you if there any local issues, and also give you the opportunity to run a test on your broadband.
You could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
Have you tried rebooting the hub, or performing a hard reset?
