I today Sat 20th June 20 accidentally cut through my VM cable so have no service at all. What advice can anyone give me? Will I have to wait weeks to have my service repaired? Will it cost me a small fortune also?

I have been able to locate your account and I can see that a technician has already been booked for this issues; if you log into your online account you can check the time and date and even reschedule it if you need to.
