I cannot sign in to myvirginmedia . i keep getting, We're making some essential changes

i cannot sign in to myvirgin media,  all i get is, We're making some essential changes.
but this has been over 10+ hours now. And i cannot sign in on my android device using the tvcontrol app, as it says something gone wrong,BUT i am sure this is linked to this essentiall changes work!
can someone confirm this is true please, and when will i be able to sign in to check my account.
