No you can't. They are only available to rent as part of a VM broadband package.

In that case you need to call in to the broadband faults line and report the fault. The system will test your connection and then make the appropriate arrangements for the faulty hub to be replaced.
The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).
All VM equipment is “rented” it cannot be purchased. There is no cost incurred by the user for VM to fix faults.
