Hub3 to hub2

If im unhappy with my pending vivid 350 broadband and superhub 3 can i downgrade to my previous vivid 200 service and reactivate my superhub 2ac which i will keep hold of?

You will have to ask VM, call customer services. No non VM staff member on this board can give you a definite answer.

you should be able to keep the SH2 - best people to talk to are UK retentions

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre

if you negotiated the upgrade then just cancel it and nothing should change
