If you need more - an unmanaged ethernet switch with GB ports will provide them "cheaply"

Around £15-25 for a unit with 5-8 additional ports - more £ = more ports.

It will be better to get your own router and switch with 1Gb ports.”, totally unnecessary unless you require better WiFi or more options. Very few home routers have more than 4 LAN ports, so you would still need a network switch.
