Hub 3

Hi recently ordered a HUB 3 but don’t know when it’s coming or anything and can’t access our original virgin email or anything

Hi, if you know your "My Virgin Media" login then you can go to "Track Orders".

Sadly when ever I login it shows as nothing has been ordered

Also I can’t seem to access the virgin media store anymore

Sorry you have had to chase up this missing Hub.

I have checked and can see the hub has now been received and activated 

How are you finding this?

Also when you try and access the Store what happens?

Do you get any error messages?

The new hub is brilliant but we received 2 for some reason and when I go to the store it’s comes up with an error page

Glad we have fixed the Wifi problem 

For the extra hub you can order a returns kit here 

Can you please send me a screen shot of the error message

It happens if i try through the app or if I use the internet on any device when I log in
