Hub 3.0 issue

Since latest update I'm having issues with my hub both in and out of modem mode. I am seeing alott of package loss to the point of if streaming netflix on one device all other devices struggle, tried to contact VM via Web chat and by phone but can't get to the right section with out chat ending or line going dead while on the phone, my partner herd a small pop come from hub 3 several days ago but still receiving BB just lots of package loss.

I’d guess at work being done on the CMTS or street cabinet. If the hub was faulty I would expect the graph would be the same all the way through.

Its been happening again and I have checked service and says no faults or work. Going to try contact VM again and see what they say.
