I have had issues with hub dropouts for over a month. Customer support basically say put up and shut up. They say I need to still pay my monthly bill. They will not redirect me to cancellations. They give me a phone number instead. I have literally spent hours I. Queues. Never getting through. I have even taken to posting my customer support conversations on social media. It makes interesting reading and many negative comments directed at VM.
Can anyone guide me into an easier way to cancel my service.
