I treid to upgrade my package on 16 December. Apparently there is a technical issue and the new package hasn't been started (although the TV element of it was available for some days). I've been in chat with about 7 different people and made complaints etc. but I can't get an update.
Anyone know how to get a reaction out of Virgin Media?
Yup - they tell me it is going to be fixed but nothing happens or they tell me the tech team will be in touch but nothing happens. I've tried to get through to the tech team direct but can't get past them wanting to reboot our router (which is not the problem).
