House extension - need to move box

Hi, planning to have some work done to the house, and the current tv input box will have a new wall built on it - so needs to be moved as part of the work. How can i request service to get that moved please?

Call it in on 150 (VM line) - or 0345 454 1111 (others - national rate) and request it.

there will be a £99 non-fault call out charge for moving the point and rebalancing power levels.
