How do I get a fibre adapter for our home phone please?

If you are due to be switched over to a phone-via-hub connection, VM should send you the adapter a few weeks before the switchover date.

You should be notified by VM of your own switchover several months in advance of it happening. VM seems to use a range of contact methods inc. letter, email and text.
