I have recently switch over to VM. Everything worked as it should but my outdoor camera won’t connect. I have spoken to hive and they say that VM has a bar on cameras and this needs to be lifted. Is this the case?
that's nonsense, there is no such "bar on cameras". it may be that the hive device is struggling to connect to the wifi network due to the virgin hub combining the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz together (although i've yet to encouner a device myself with such an issue). you can split them out using the viring hub admin settings.
