Help to cancel callout

I am trying to cancel an engineer call-out appointment as I now see there is a TV issue in my area. On the app I can see the appointment but nowhere to cancel it, only reschedule. When I log in via PC online, the appointment doesn't show. How can I cancel it? Thank you!

If an area fault has been found since you booked the appointment it is likely that the appointment has automatically been cancelled.  This would explain why it isn't showing online via your PC.  Not sure why it still shows in the app.
