We keep get below error on a white web page below.
www virginmedia.com ’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

Using this link I can access the VM website : https://www.virginmedia.com/
We have use Hub 3 from winder of 2017, the hub menu settings we have modified for improved Wi-Fi stability are shown below...

Thanks I turned the Hub off for some time.
used a phone see Status website show was ok in our postcode.

The Service Status link on the VM website is useful if an massive outage affects your service area i.e. thousands of internet and TVs are down.
A better option that can get you down to your street is 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service.
