I'm trying to set up my smart plugs that require 2.4ghz and my router is not allowing me to disable 5ghz on my hub5.

Can anyone advise as ive followed the instructions on how to do this and no luck at all.

Turn off the smart wi-fi/wi-fi optimisation check box which should allow the 5GHz controls to appear. Then temporarily turn off 5GHz and try to connect your smart plugs.

If they connect, turn the 5GHz back on again and see if the smart plug connection holds up.
