I have just moved into a flat. I was meant to have my virgin media WiFi router and TV box delivered today, but they haven’t been delivered.
Instead, I received an email to say my ‘Gone away form’ had been received, even though I haven’t completed any ‘gone away’ form.
Can someone please reply back to me with some help and tell me what I should do ?

Sounds to me that a gone away form was received, possibly late, from the previous tenant and has got confused with your order. VM should easily be able to sort it out, but due to the new year I would not expect your hub until the end of next week at the earliest.
