I’ve tried to put the password provided on the bottom of my wifi router into the hub3.0 setting web page but for some reason it keeps telling me it’s incorrect? Any idea why

Hi @scotthawksley_

make sure you are using the Settings password and not the wifi password.

If the password on the label does not work, you can do a pin hole reset of the hub to restore the default passwords. Be aware, this will change any settings you have made previously to the hub back to their defaults.
