Hi I hope somebody can help me. I recently dropped my package down to just broadband and I have a smart tv. I do not have an aerial on the roof but I was told that I would still be able to watch freeview tv through my TiVo box. Now my tv package has been switched off i don’t seem to be able to do this. Can anybody help me?

Hi Christine,

You might be able to watch one or two of the main PSB channels  via your Tivo but that's all.

You need to apply for the Stream box.

If you're coming to the end of your contract switch to another ISP for cheaper broadband and get an aerial for Freeview. Furthermore Sky has launched their Stream box, on sale soon, which works with any ISP's broadband.
