Freeview TV aired 'Meridian' news?

Yesterday I noticed that on my cheapish LG Freeview TV in our kitchen, the 6pm ITV news was the local 'Meridian' news and not the usual 'London' news?

This is the first time this TV set has shown Meridian news as it always shows London news at 6pm on ITV during the week (as per below screen shot) ?

I'm therefore wondering if a recent 'update your Freeview channel list' on this TV has messed up its region or something (I live in the South London area BTW - South Croydon to be exact) ?
