Flashing amber light can’t connect

I can’t connect to the internet on any device. I have a flashing yellow light with nothing else. When I reset it the other lights come on green while the other light is yellow but then I try to connect on my phone and it comes up as unable to connect despite the password being right and next to the hub

Hi Kellythomas,

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page to see if there is a known network error?

You could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
