Existing customers need cable re-routed and brown box re-positioned

We are shortly digging up our garden and laying a driveway in its place.  Our VM cable will have to be re-routed, and the brown box will have to be re-positioned (the cable and box are currently along/on a garden wall, which connects the pavement to the house, but the wall is being removed).  Is there a VM phone number to arrange this?  Many thanks

Yep - 150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the "I have a fault" options.

You should be aware that VM are not currently undertaking non-fault visits, which this would likely be classed as. As and when that changes, there's normally a £99 charge for these visits.
