I need Virgin to switch off SIP-ALG on my superhub 3..
I do not want to have to go through the expense of a wi fi router and setting the superhub 3 to modem mode as this is only a temp measure due to having to work from home during the lock down./ self isolation..
Tried getting through using 150 but have waited 45mins before giving up..
Is it possible for someone from Virgin to get back to me please?
VM slow to add such a option in the hub it took years to add it in the super hub 1 but never added it in other hubs...I think the hubs never had SIP-ALG enabled to begin with...but if you want to prove that wrong you need to get your own router and see if the option makes a difference.
Thanks for the reply.. Yea I know Virgin enable this as we have customers on it currently and have to go through the rig morole of disabling.. Doesnt help you cant get through to them and when you eventually do the tech support guy hasnt a bloody clue.... grrr Virgin really does suck with customer support..
