Damaged outside Virgin fibre broadband box

I am not a customer but when Virgin were putting fibre broadband into my street they installed a fibre broadband box outside my house that was damaged in a storm and has exposed wires and cables sticking out of it. What is the best way to get it fixed?

Re: Damaged outside Virgin fibre broadband box

Hi @Roberthunter18

Is this  a street cabinet, or a snall omnibox?

If it's a street cabinet then you can either phone 0330 333 0444 or create a post <<< here >>>

VM need to know where the cabinet is; providing a street name and post code is great, pointing out any landmarks or junctions nearby will help us ensure we're reporting the correct cabinet

Feel free to share coordinates or references from popular map websites/apps.

Also a description of the damage along with  pictures if available, and the cabinet nunber (If available)
