Cut wire

Hi,

There is work being done outside my house and they’ve cut through my cable. I have a total loss of services. Please can someone advise as I can’t through on the phone.

You are going to have find a way to call in. Or you will be waiting here for ages before VM staff pick up this thread. If you have a VM mobile then use 150 (free) if you don't or have to borrow a mobile 0345 454 1111 (may be chargeable). Select broadband faults.
