Hi. Today I was removing a bush in my front garden and accidentally cut through the cable. the cable wasn’t in the best place as it was through the bush between the stalks coming out of the ground. Then ran just under the weed sheeting. Pretty terrible placing. I went around the app and website trying to find someone to contact. Managed to book an engineer. Will they be able to fix this? I also rang the customer line to be told I had to wait for the field team to call me and could take a week. Is this something anyone can sort on here? thank you.
