My cable was cut through with light digging in the garden, it was only 2 inches under the grass and not ducted or any markers or anything, this was put in before I had the house.
I have no services now, can't get in contact by phone and no option to book an engineer on the website.
Also going from similar posts will it be a non charge fault especially given the installation details above.
