Constant red light on hub

We have a constant red light on our hub. Have reset it a couple of times but still red. Tried phoning VM but all I get is an automated message and they text me guides. How can I get to speak to someone at VM to get help? I feel like I've been miss-sold our package as they charged me more for a so called better hub and Internet speed and it's actually awful and no better at all 😡

I presume it’s a HUB3. Please do a pin hole reset and if the LED remains red the hub will need replacing.
