I need the capacity to turn the wifi connection off to my sons gaming console as he’s autistic and unless it’s timed on and off he will become abusive and aggressive if he’s not got a routine and knows when it’s going on and off.
so I was able to find the only way to do this was via the connect app which worked until they put me a new hub 4 in and since then it doesn’t rework.
it managed to connect once briefly for a week or two but now it won’t connect and I cannot manage the wifi or the console and it’s causing me huge issues it’s useless and nothing I try works at all.
please can someone help me with this as I’ve had enough of this stupid stupid app and wifi
