I've already turned off my Child Safe/Parental Control but I still cannot access adult websites and use VPN. I don't know if changing the hub since I moved place affected it. Please help

Child Safe is DNS content filter - there are a number of posts about it failing to Enable / Disable.

If Child Safe has failed to disable, as a work around try changing the DNS on your device or in Chrome to Google Public DNS   8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

For an Android mobile the Private DNS can be set to dns.google  but Child Safe will need that as a permitted site.
