I ordered Sky broadband as when I checked the website for Virgin Media Broadband I was told it wasn’t available at my flat.
However I have since had a BT engineer come to the flat to set up, but he told me BT isn’t set up through the flat.
He then pointed out the Virgin Media wall thing? Not sure what it’s called.
I need some kind of assistance but checking the website and calling customer service is not helping.
Could I get some help please?
