I’m hoping someone can help. A day of internet problems and now eventually got a very intermittent connection through an Ethernet cable showing speeds of 68 download and 0.1 upload Ping 14
but this connection lasted a few minutes and then disconnected again
we have had nothing but trouble with the router for months and months so we bought a google nest to plug straight in through Ethernet but now of course that won’t work!
Can anyone please help?
Have you checked the service status?
If no problems are reported try a reboot of your hub.
