thank you for your reply. We have been in touch with the customer support team. Initially they confirmed everything was on its way, and the engineer was scheduled for May 8th. After no one showed up, I called VM again and they said the visit was canceled (no cancellation email or message were sent) because the building could not be connected to the vm infrastructure. We would really need to get hooked up, and money is not an issue (within reasonable limits). Can you advise us on how to sort this out?
