Why when laying cable in my area was my street missed ll127hb

maybe not economical do to so, maybe underground issues restricting works.
maybe they didn't get a permit to dig up the street.

whatever the decision, it's unlikely it will be made public.

I'm unsure what the requirements are however looking on Google Maps your street is very narrow, with no pavement, which could be one of the main reasons why.
