I've noticed the Brown brown omnibox on the outside wall of my property is broken and I am conscious this can lead to upcoming issues on water creeping in or further damage to the connector/wires. IS that something you can sort out for me, please
Called the Virgin , got to hear they will charge Engineer visit to check and replace for £99!!
any other option to escalate that, this should be their responsibility to change and maintain.
They will not charge you, it’s a fault. Bad customer service yet again.
