Broken outside box

My fibre optic box outside the house was recently damaged when my neighbours fence blew over and smashed into it, though I still have internet it's only a matter of time before the damage worsens.

 

I have tried and *tried* to speak to a human being when phoning virgin to no avail, the live-chat never works on their website, even trying their text message service seemed to be getting somewhere when they said an engineer would be in contact in 3/4 days....that was 11 days ago and I've heard nothing, this is beyond frustrating to get sorted 😞

Can anyone finally help sort this issue?

Most likely with it currently not impacting services it will be scheduled for sometime after lockdown ends/restrictions ease, or your services fail - whichever comes first.

Someone from the forum team may be best answering with more information.
