The cover of our exterior brown box (Omni Box) has come loose and is at the moment held on (just) with tape. we are concerned that rainwater and insects are getting in which must damage the connections.
I can't see how to contact Virgin repairs on the website. I have tried phoning on 150 from our Virgin landline, but none of the number options are suitable for repairs to Virgin equipment. Can anyone advise me how to report this to Virgin tech/repairs team? Thanks!
Tthanks for your suggestion but we have already tried this. The cover will not stay on for more than a few hours before it lifts away again. Possibly the cover is warped or the fixings to the back plate are faulty. And as Virgin say they will repair their equipment, that's what we want. Contacting the right team is the issue.
