Hi about an hour a go I heard a pop from near TV and equipment. It was broadband hub as won't come on no light nothing it flipped a switch in fuse box. With what is going on in world I can't get through to anyone I just need a replacement box or if possible engineer visit any ideas?
If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response. This is a text only service, it does not support voice calls.
Alternatively you can wait for one of the forum team to get to this thread which could be anywhere between a few hours and a few weeks at present due to the current crisis.
My setup: V6 TV box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.
